Meet the Alto Healthcare Staffing Team

Leslie Kahn: CEO of Alto Health Care Staffing

“After several years of practicing nursing hands on care in multiple areas from pediatrics, geriatrics, case management, rehab, med surg, she decided to return to school and obtain a BS in Business Management. She wanted to utilize both degrees in her pursuit of a new career which led her to the opportunity to work for a national staffing firm as a recruiter and account manager. She loved it! However, she realized that there was something missing in the industry and she knew that she could make a difference in the lives of others. She decided to start her own staffing company and conduct her business practices that are in line with her own personal values and mission. Alto Healthcare Staffing strives to serve the piece of the equation that we perceive is missing. She realized that for years she has been a patient advocate, but who was the nurses advocate? We are! Alto Healthcare Staffing is your advocate.

She makes a promise to live by her mission statement and to truly listen to your career goals and desires, work hard on your behalf for your ideal position and never misrepresent you to a client or a client to you. We hope to have the opportunity to partner with you as your career advocate soon.”
